Adriel J. Ho – Editor
Yoga Aspirant, RYT-200
Adriel is an Editor at Path8 and a member of its Steering Committee.
The beginning of his asana practice sparked his interest in studying yoga, its history, and its application in this modern day world. His search led him to Chiang Mai, Ubud, and eventually Mysore, India, where he studied yoga philosophy under Prof. Nagaraja Rao and asana, pranayama and dhyana under Yogacharya Bharath Shetty, a direct disciple of B.K.S. Iyengar.
He is extremely grateful for the opportunity to experience yoga and thankful that it has realigned his objectives and goals. An attorney in his past life, he drafts the occasional contract, however finds deeper meaning in reaching out and sharing the renewed and refreshed outlook that yoga has brought into his world – in the hope that others, too, will experience the beauty and equanimity that is yoga.
He is deeply appreciative of all his teachers, all teachers, and the teacher, Patañjali, and would like to echo the tributes given to this wise scholar who gifted yoga for serenity and sanctity of mind, grammar for clarity and purity of speech, medicine for perfection of health, the tripartite union of which will, if we allow it to, lead to the revelation of our true self and the awakening of our soul.
